INTRODUCTION:
High-frequency welding machines use the principle of high-frequency induction heating for welding in the repair of saw blades. When high-frequency current passes through the workpiece, eddy currents are generated inside the workpiece. When the eddy currents flow, a large amount of Joule heat is generated, so that the workpiece is quickly heated to the welding temperature. In this process, a strong metallurgical bond is formed between the diamond metal material and the saw blade matrix (such as a steel matrix).
High-frequency heating can distribute heat more evenly, reduce local overheating, ensure good fusion between the saw teeth and the matrix material, and improve welding quality.
Rapid and precise heating and cooling processes help control the overall and local deformation of the saw blade and maintain the geometric shape and dimensional accuracy of the saw blade.
High-frequency welding can form a fine and uniform grain structure, enhance the strength and toughness of the welding part, and increase the service life of the saw blade.
The heat generated by the high-frequency welding machine during the welding process is more concentrated, reducing energy waste and environmental pollution. At the same time, the use of high-frequency current also reduces electromagnetic interference to the environment.
