Adapt To Low Speed Polisher: Makita 9227CB/ 9237CB speed adjustable polisher is suggested for the bush hammer tool. Do not recommend to operate with speed too high, ideally less than 1000 RPM.
Size: 5 inch double plates, about 4.3 inch high
Lichi Rollers: 3 rollers, Each roller with 30 pins, coarse lichi finish on surface.

Working Speed under 1000 RPM.Not recommended for high rpm angle grinder, suggested to install bush hammer on speed adjustable polisher, such as makita9227CB/ 9237CB polisher, suggested speed less than 1000 RPM. 30pins bush hammer roller not suggested for three phase walkbehind grinder, too much pressure can break the bearings inside the roller. For three phase grinder, please use the 45 pins bush hammer roller.
Do not apply too much pressure on bush hammer. This will prevent roller from stopping and thus decrease the life span of the carbide tips.
Adjusting the plates distance for different finish. For double plates bush hammer, we can adjust the distance between two plates to have finer or rougher finish. Enlarge the distance can have rougher finish, on the contrary, finish finer if narrowing the distance.
After each use, please clean up rollers, dry and apply oil to the spindles. It will be ideal to submerge the rollers in oil to prevent spindle rust Roller tips can be re-dressed with diamond blades when they become inefficient.
